A full house renovation is the sort of job where the property is stripped back and put together again properly — walls out or in, floors levelled, kitchens and bathrooms replaced and everything finished ready for decorating. You deal with Matt throughout, rather than coordinating a string of separate trades yourself.

What to expect
Renovating while you live in the house
Most of our work happens in houses people are still living in. Dust sheets and floor protection are standard, the working area is kept to the room we are in, and the site is swept at the end of the day. On a full renovation there are stretches without a kitchen or bathroom, and we tell you when those fall before you commit.
Older houses throw up surprises — damp behind plaster, joists notched to nothing, previous work that was never signed off. When we find something we show you, explain what it means and price the fix before carrying on, so nothing is buried and handed to you as a surprise on the final bill.
